Q: How do I redeem my milestone award?
A: To redeem your milestone award:

  • Click this link and create an account with your STEP email and a password of your choosing
  • View your options of gifts and choose one
  • Click through to check out – disregard the cost center box
  • Add the shipping address of your service center
  • Complete the order
  • The item you choose will be shipped to the service center of your choice in about 4-6 weeks.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: If you ship to your nearest service center, there will be no shipping charged. If you want it shipped to your home, the shipping will be at your own cost.

Q: What does it mean when it asks for "cost center"
A: If you are ordering your milestone award, please discard and skip past this box with no action required. You will be taken to the next screen to complete your checkout.

Q: I live in the U.S., when I try to checkout it only gives me a Canadian address option.
A: You most probably are in the Canadian side of the store. Please revisit the home page of the store and click on the “Visit STEP Pro Shop US” button.
