Milestones Awards FAQ

Q: How do I redeem my milestone award?

A: To redeem your milestone award:

  • Follow the instructions in the milestone award email sent from HR. Note: You are not eligible to receive an award if you did not receive this email.
  • View your milestone award options by selecting the drop-down menu at the top of the page and choosing the year specified in your email.
  • Select your gift, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
  • Use your STEP email address and enter the shipping address of either your service center or home. You must use your STEP email address to ensure you qualify for the award. Any other email addresses will be declined.
  • Complete your order.
  • Your selected item will be shipped to the provided address within approximately 4–6 weeks.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

A: No, shipping for milestones awards is covered by STEP.

Q: Do I have to order from the country I reside in?

A: Yes. If your address is in the U.S., you must order from the U.S. site. If your address is in Canada, you must order from the Canadian site.

Q: I live in the U.S., but when I try to check out, only Canadian address options appear.

A: You are likely on the Canadian version of the store. Please return to the E3 promo store page and click the “Start Shopping – U.S.” button.

Q: Why are the award options different for Canada and the U.S.?

A: We’ve done our best to provide similar items for each milestone year. However, due to different vendors in each country, exact matches are not always possible.

Q: Does my milestone award offer expire?

A: Yes. You have one year from the date of the milestone award email to place your order.
